Philosophy · The Nakatomi attitude

Excellence
is not an act.
It’s a habit.

Nakatomi is not just a shooting space: it’s a statement of intent. We care about the details because we believe in craft, and we put technique at the service of ideas — never the other way around.

01 — Manifesto
We believe in spaces that are alive, where stories build tension, craft springs into action and, if needed, explode in a big way.

Like the films that shaped us, we don’t see a stage as a neutral container. We understand it as a place with narrative tension: designed so the idea can breathe and the team works at ease.

We stand for harmony, not rigidity. The balance between the technical and the creative is what turns a recording into a production worth the effort.

02 — The name

A tribute
to the craft.

Our name pays homage to the iconic tower from Die Hard, but also to the Japanese spirit that inspires it: the rising sun, precision, respect for the craft and that delicate balance between idea and result.

That’s where our attitude is born — the conviction that the way you do things matters as much as the result.

03 — Principles

How
we work.

01

The detail

We care about every detail because we believe in craft. Excellence isn’t a one-off act, it’s a habit.

02

Harmony

We stand for harmony, not rigidity. A precise environment, but also a pleasant one to work in.

03

Technique

We put technique at the service of ideas, never the other way around. The tool never rules over the story.

04

The craft

Respect for the craft and for those who practice it. Living spaces where stories build tension and explode in a big way.

04 — The space

1000 m²
so everything flows.

Located in northern Madrid, across 1000 m² of creative space, we’ve designed an environment built so your productions flow without complications. Three versatile stages, armed to the teeth, and direct access for vehicle shoots live alongside everything needed to make the work precise and the process pleasant.

05 — Moodboard

The feel
of the house.

Textures, corners and details that breathe the Nakatomi attitude. A glimpse of the character of the spaces, beyond the frame.
